General Rental Terms 

Driver Age

For categories A, B, C, minimum age 21 years and for all other categories 23 years. The maximum age is 75 years.

Driving License

The driver must hold a licence for at least one year.

PAYMENT METHOD

For all groups a valid Credit/Debit Card accepted by Lisgaris Kalymnia Rent a Car, must be shown for the pre-authorization of the renter’s liability as well as the settlement of final rental charges (for non prepaid reservations).

Although we try to ensure that all prices quoted on our websites are accurate, errors may sometimes occur. We will inform you as soon as possible if we discover an error in the price of your reservation and give you the opportunity to confirm your booking at the correct price or cancel. Our usual cancellation charges will not apply if you choose to cancel. If you cancel and you have already paid for your rental, you will receive a full refund. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat your reservation as cancelled.

Rental Cost Calculation

The rental cost is calculated on a 24-hour basis with a margin of 2 hours calculated from the time of return of the vehicle. After 2 hours an extra day is charged.

Booking

If you cancel up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled receipt of the vehicle there is no charge.

Fleet Availability

The company reserves the right depending on availability to provide a different type of car than that of the original reservation with a corresponding, or higher category at no extra charge

Taxes

VAT 24% is paid by the tenant
